Confirm this by removing the filter assembly at the bottom of the tub and inspecting the mesh screen and food chopper area for accumulation of debris, grease, or foreign objects like glass or plastic shards. If these areas are obstructed, the drainage path is blocked, preventing the pump from evacuating the water.
