This is the most likely cause, involving a physical defect in the internal relays located on the Power Board (NG) or Socket Board (AHP). To confirm, listen to the unit during the startup sequence; a functioning unit should produce two distinct, audible clicks within one second. If only one click is heard, or no sound occurs, the relay mechanism is physically stuck or damaged, preventing the circuit from closing and resulting in the Error 102 state.
