Safety Precautions: This procedure must only be performed by a qualified electrician. Ensure the charging station is fully disconnected from the main power supply at the circuit breaker before beginning. Verify the absence of voltage with a calibrated multimeter.
- Open the charging station housing to access the internal components.
- Locate the defective Power Board (NG) or Socket Board (AHP) that failed the relay startup test.
- Carefully disconnect all wiring harnesses and cabling attached to the board, noting their original positions for reassembly.
- Unscrew and remove the damaged board from the mounting chassis.
- Install the replacement board, ensuring it is securely fastened in the original orientation.
- Reconnect all wiring harnesses and cables to their correct pin headers, verifying that connections are firm and undamaged.
- Close the housing and restore power to the unit at the circuit breaker.
- Verify the repair by monitoring the startup sequence; listen for two distinct, audible relay clicks within one second to confirm the new board is functioning correctly.
