EBL Stripe Error Due to Pattern Data Boundary Violation

This is the most common cause, occurring when pattern data contains geometry outside the defined stripe width. To confirm this, inspect the fractured CAD or GDSII job file using the system's layout viewer software. Verify that all shapes and paths are contained within the designated stripe boundaries. The error is confirmed if the software's 'out-of-bounds' check highlights specific polygons or nodes that fall outside the active exposure field defined by the current machine configuration.
