2. Utilize the 'Measurement' tool to identify coordinates of polygons extending outside the designated stripe zones.

3. Manually shift or split the offending geometry into adjacent stripes to ensure no shape spans across the boundary limit.

4. Perform a design rule check (DRC) to confirm all shapes are contained within the defined machine-specific exposure fields.

5. Export the corrected layout as a new GDSII file.

6. Verify the fix by importing the new file into the machine's layout viewer and confirming that no 'out-of-bounds' highlights appear in the exposure map.
