Confirm a partial clog by checking for under-extrusion patterns in the failed print, such as thin, brittle, or missing layers leading up to the point of failure. Perform a manual extrusion test via the printer interface; if the filament emerges inconsistently, curls significantly, or stalls during the process, heat creep or a partial blockage in the hotend is preventing the printer from depositing plastic properly.
