This is the most common cause of the F13 error. It occurs when water flow is physically impeded between the home supply and the machine. To confirm this, inspect the stopcock to ensure it is fully open, and physically trace the inlet hose from the machine to the wall connection to identify any kinks, sharp bends, or loops that restrict flow. Additionally, inspect the inlet filter screen at the connection point for debris, sediment, or mineral buildup that may be physically blocking the water path.
