Safety Precautions: Before starting, switch off the appliance, disconnect the power plug from the wall outlet, and close the water stopcock.
- Inspect the entire length of the water inlet hose from the machine to the wall connection for any kinks, sharp bends, or loops that may be restricting water flow; straighten the hose as needed.
- Ensure the stopcock is fully opened by turning it counter-clockwise until it hits the stop.
- Unscrew the water intake valve connection from the stopcock.
- Remove the rubber seal and use needle-nose pliers to carefully pull the plastic filter screen out from the connection point.
- Rinse the filter screen thoroughly under running water to remove all accumulated sediment, debris, or mineral buildup.
- Reinsert the filter screen and the rubber seal into the hose connection.
- Reconnect the hose to the stopcock, ensuring it is tightened securely.
- Slowly turn on the water supply to check for any leaks at the connection point.
- Plug the appliance back in and run a test cycle to verify that the water intake is functioning correctly.
