Clear and Inspect the Water Inlet Hose and Filter

Safety Precautions: Before starting, switch off the appliance, disconnect the power plug from the wall outlet, and close the water stopcock.

  1. Inspect the entire length of the water inlet hose from the machine to the wall connection for any kinks, sharp bends, or loops that may be restricting water flow; straighten the hose as needed.
  2. Ensure the stopcock is fully opened by turning it counter-clockwise until it hits the stop.
  3. Unscrew the water intake valve connection from the stopcock.
  4. Remove the rubber seal and use needle-nose pliers to carefully pull the plastic filter screen out from the connection point.
  5. Rinse the filter screen thoroughly under running water to remove all accumulated sediment, debris, or mineral buildup.
  6. Reinsert the filter screen and the rubber seal into the hose connection.
  7. Reconnect the hose to the stopcock, ensuring it is tightened securely.
  8. Slowly turn on the water supply to check for any leaks at the connection point.
  9. Plug the appliance back in and run a test cycle to verify that the water intake is functioning correctly.
