Motorcycle Won't Start Due to Fuel Delivery Blockage

To confirm a fuel delivery issue, check for the presence of fuel in the lines or fuel filter. If the bike is carbureted, check the float bowl drain screw to see if fuel flows out. For fuel-injected bikes, listen for the audible 'whirring' sound of the fuel pump priming for two seconds immediately after turning the ignition key to the 'ON' position.
