To confirm this, a qualified electrician must use a calibrated multimeter to measure the voltage directly at the Wall Connector's terminal block. Readings must be recorded for L1 to L2/N, L1 to Ground, and L2/N to Ground while the device is in a powered state. If the measured voltage deviates from the 200–240V specification, the issue is confirmed as an incorrect voltage supply originating from the home's electrical service panel or supply circuit.
