Correct the Electrical Service Voltage Supply

Safety Warning: This procedure involves high-voltage electrical systems. Only a qualified, licensed electrician should perform these steps. Ensure the circuit breaker is turned off before touching any electrical components.

  1. Have a qualified electrician inspect the home's electrical service panel and the circuit supplying the Wall Connector.
  2. Identify and resolve the source of the voltage instability, such as loose connections, transformer issues, or improper grid supply, to bring the voltage back within the required 200–240V nominal range.
  3. Once the electrical service is corrected, use a calibrated multimeter to re-verify the voltage at the Wall Connector's terminal block (L1 to L2/N, L1 to Ground, and L2/N to Ground) to confirm it is stable and within the 200–240V specification.
  4. Restore power to the circuit breaker and observe the Wall Connector to ensure the 6 red blink error code has cleared and the device returns to normal operation.
