Perform a Hard Reset and Power Cycle

1. Locate the recessed reset button on the device and use a paperclip to press it gently for 5 seconds to force a system reboot.

2. If your model lacks a dedicated reset button, press and hold the main power button continuously for 20 seconds.

3. Connect the power bank to a high-quality 9V/2A wall adapter using a different, verified charging cable to rule out peripheral faults.

4. Allow the device to charge undisturbed for at least 3 hours to determine if the internal controller can recover from the error state.
