Replace the 3D Printer Nozzle

1. Heat the nozzle to the standard printing temperature to soften any residual filament inside the hotend.

2. Carefully unscrew the existing nozzle using a socket wrench or dedicated nozzle tool while holding the heater block steady with pliers to prevent damage to the hotend assembly.

3. Install a new, clean nozzle of the same diameter and thread specification.

4. Tighten the new nozzle while the heater block is at operating temperature to ensure a proper, leak-free seal against the heat break.
