Under-extrusion is confirmed when a print shows visible gaps between adjacent lines, exhibits sparse or missing infill, or results in structurally weak and fragile parts. To verify this, observe the extruded line quality on the first layer; if the lines do not touch or have significant space between them, the printer is depositing less material than requested by the slicer software.
