Replace the rear cush drive rubber dampers

1. Remove the rear wheel from the motorcycle following the owner's manual procedure. 2. Pull the sprocket carrier assembly away from the rear wheel hub. 3. Remove the old, degraded rubber dampers from the wheel hub slots. 4. Clean the hub slots of any debris or remnants of the old rubber. 5. Press the new, OEM-spec rubber dampers into the hub slots until they are fully seated. 6. Reinstall the sprocket carrier into the dampers, ensuring a snug fit. 7. Reinstall the rear wheel and torque the axle nut to 100 Nm (72.5 lb-ft). 8. Verify the fix by rotating the rear sprocket by hand; the excessive clunking or play should be eliminated.
