Replace the Evaporator or Condenser Fan Motor

Tools Needed: Screwdriver set, nut driver, and work gloves.

1. Remove the interior back panel (for evaporator fan) or the lower rear access panel (for condenser fan).
2. Disconnect the wire harness connected to the fan motor.
3. Unscrew the mounting screws or clips securing the motor to the bracket.
4. Remove the fan blade from the motor shaft.
5. Install the new motor by reversing the removal steps.
6. Reconnect the wire harness and reattach the access panels.

Verification: Plug the unit back in and observe for 15 minutes to ensure the fan runs smoothly without grinding or clicking noises.
