Foreign Debris Obstructing Evaporator Fan

Small items such as food packaging, loose wire ties, or other debris may have fallen into the evaporator fan compartment. These items can physically block the fan blades from spinning freely or strike the blades during operation, resulting in a persistent clicking, scraping, or rattling noise.
