Identify if the motor wires are incorrectly mapped to the driver outputs. Use a multimeter to measure resistance across wire pairs to determine the two independent motor coils. Compare these pairings against the driver's output terminal pinout. If the coil pairs are split incorrectly (e.g., one wire from Coil A and one from Coil B connected to the same driver phase), the motor will vibrate or buzz without completing a rotation.
